If you haven't heard, a court has banned the original Titleist ProV1 ball in the US because it infringes the patent now owned by Callaway. Jan. 1, 2009 the injunction goes into effect.
Titleist is now asking dealers to returns its illegal ProV1 golf ball, but says it has a new version that doesn't infringe Callaway's patent.
