Notebook Centennial senior golfer Chris Wellde took second place in the county tournament in his sophomore and junior years before claiming top individual honors this season. At the Class 4A-3A District V tournament the previous two years, he finished third both times before breaking through with a title last week - firing a 73 at Eisenhower Golf Course on Oct. 8.
