Two teens are in custody, accused of throwing golf balls off an overpass at passing vehicles. Nathaniel Jacubus, 19, and a 16-year-old boy were taken into custody and charged on suspicion of throwing objects off an overpass, criminal mischief, reckless endangering, theft and criminal trespassing.
