MANITOWOC The Elks Club of Manitowoc held its Club Championship last weekend at the Elks Club Golf Course. Jason Hubbartt won the championship flight with a score of 146. Hubbart carded a 72 on Saturday and shot a 74 for Sunday. Dave Martin finished second with a two-day total of 150.
